Pundaluoya is a cold village in Sri Lanka. It is located within Central Province. When you go on Nuwaraeliya main road passing through Gampola, Udapalatha, Pussellawa; You will meet a city called Thawalantenne. If you want to go Pundaluoya, you will have to turn right from Thawalantenne city and travel about 16km.

When you go on Pundaluoya to Nuwaraeliya road, you will meet a waterfall called Dunsinane on your right side with a temple.


The waterfall from the mountain, that emerges from the flora is very attractive. And also the environment around the Dunsinane is a fabulous sight. The waterfall falls like a 'mist' mingle with the water. The water is born from fresh spring of the cold mountain. The waterfall about 40ft height. Finally the water connects to Kothmale Jalashaya.

Bottom of Dunsinane, There is a natural water pool that can bath. when someone going to Nuwaraeliya from Pundaluoya, There is no one who don't stop at the Dunsinane. Because of that natura pool. Also there is a statue to worship for tamils.

Main point of Dunsinane, The waterfall is depicted on Sri Lankans one hundred rupees note. And also it is a must-see place, you will be happy after visit the waterfall.
