Kurunegala Nawgala Mountain

This is my Biggest, Craziest, Dangerous, Experienced hike ever. Bellow article describe the Nawgala mountain. If want to get direction click on Nawgala

Kurunegala is one of a District in Sri Lanka There always has dry climate. Nawgala is a mountain that situated in Kurunegala district. It is a one hidden place and one highest peak in Sri Lanka. The mountain is covered with big huge forest. The road uphill is very tough. When climbing the mountain it feels like walking in Sinharaja forest. That much the forest is huge.

Many animals live there. Animals are more attractive and there has enough foods for villagers and travelers. Nawgala villagers are very poor in money but more rich in foods. The villager livelihood is agriculture.

When climbing the mountain, there we could see different water falls, water tanks, channels, and lakes. There is no road to reach the top. We have to make our way through the forest. And also need more experience and knowledge to walk in the forest.

On the top we can't see any people. There only live animals. Herd of buffaloes peregrinate everywhere. It is a significant situation on there. There are many water tanks. we can even dink water without filtering.

Nawgala has 360 view. It covers whole Kurunegala and little bit of Matale. There always seems heavy wind condition that makes push you away. Mountain edges are more similar to Horton Plain's world's end. We can also make a campsite at there and able to do adventure things. Surely you will never regret after reaching the Nawgala mountain.
